What do I do if you are booked?

Clients are accepted based on the job criteria and the availabilty to accept new clients. If a clients can't be accpeted immediately, they have to option to have advance placement upon accepting new clients.



What forms of payment do you accept?

The following tenders are accepted as form of payment
- CASH - CASH APP - SQUARE - VENMO - ZELLE - OFFICIAL BUSINESS CHECKS



How many edits to get?

You are entitled to unlimited edits for 1 day upon delivery. 3 edits upon 2nd delivery. Every additional edit thereafter is $25.



Payments & Refunds

All services require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable in order to lock in your spot and begin work. If you are on a payment plan and have paid in excess of the 50% deposit fee and are not satisfied with the work provided, you are entitled to a refund minus the deposit fee. Refunds take 3-5 BUSINESS days to process. Payments are accepted by credit card, debit card, square, cash app, zelle , or venmo. 50% Deposit & 50% remainder due upon completion. If the client does not supply complete text, graphic content and other requested materials for the contracted client within 30 days of the agreement, the client may request a Project Extension in writing to cryseb.com for an additional fee of 50% of the project total cost for every 30 days of extension. All extension fees are due upon agreement of the extension between cryseb.com and the client. We reserve the right to refuse service and at any point during the design process if the following occurs: Client becomes irate, disrespectful, non-compliant with requests for further information to assist with the design process. Client modifies work on samples for public use prior to approvals and final payment being made. Client does not pay remaining balance by set deadline nor makes arrangements to pay should he/she be unable to pay on deadline. Client repeatedly being non-compliant with requests to not call after business hours (after 3 instances we will terminate the project) We ask that you comply to your best ability to these standards we have set to ensure professionalism on both sides. Should these guidelines be broken repeatedly, Cryse B. can and will terminate the project and any funds outside of the nonrefundable deposit will be forfeited. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon acceptance of the completed web development project before it is released to the client or published to the public. The client may postpone payment and project once within the start of the 30 days of the project. After a one-time postponing of payment and project, the agreement is revoked. Project is canceled and deposit is non-refundable. The client is responsible for the renewal of the domain/host once expired after the release of intellectual property or retainer fee to con



What if I have to postpone my project?

The client may request a Project Extension in writing to cryseb.com for an additional fee of 50% of the project total cost for every 30 days of extension. All extension fees are due upon agreement of the extension between cryseb.com and the client. We ask that you comply to your best ability to these standards we have set to ensure professionalism on both sides. Can I customize my own package?

Yes, to customize your own package fill out the inquiry form to contact me for a quote.



Do you have payment plans?

If you are not sure which service is needed for your brand / business, we will do an audit of your brand/busineeses current social media pages, plans for your brand/business, and customize the approach towards to service that best fits your needs.



What type of content do you create for social media?

I create strategy for social media page and I create the follwing content for social media: product photography copy and caption creation social media templates for post and stories graphic headers and thumbnails content calendars content publishing



Who creates the content?

That is contingient upon you and your comfort level to create content. If I am creating the content, that is an additional service.



How much does this cost?

Social media services are under the following : Weekly Subcsricpitions Monthly Subscriptions Retainer Per Project



Who does the posting on my social media pages?

It depends on your social media plan. When I post on your social media pages it is considered content publishing. Also, can be added onto a customized plan.
